2019 Recap: They finished with the best record in all the NFL in 2019. After their week four loss to the Cleveland Browns, they didn’t lose a game for the rest of the season. Winners of 12 in a row to be exact. It was the first full season of Lamar Jackson as the starter. He didn’t disappoint. He put together the best year of any quarterback. With his efforts, the Ravens clinched the AFC North and secured the number one seed in the AFC for the first time in franchise history. Although things didn’t end how they expected it, there’s a lot to take away from their season. Now, it’s time to turn the page.
Off-Season Moves: Re-signed Andre Smith, acquired Calais Campbell from Jacksonville, signed Derek Wolfe, re-signed Jimmy Smith, traded Hayden Hurst, franchised Matthew Judon & Marshall Yanda retired.
2020 Outlook: This is the best team in the division at the moment. I like the Baltimore Ravens to win the AFC North for the third straight season. The Bengals are in a rebuild, the Browns are the biggest question mark in the division and the Steelers will get Ben Roethlisberger back which should make things more interesting. I’m really interested to see the strides Lamar Jackson will take in his second full season as the starting quarterback. The defense will be one of the best units in the league once again
2020 Predictions
1. Ravens (12-4)
2. Steelers (10-6)
3. Browns (5-11)
4. Bengals (4-12)
